PARK general RULES

Please note that Mountainaire Campground and RV Park reserves the right to modify terms and rules without prior notice. Please refer to our website for the most current terms and rules.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to book with us. Maximum occupancy limits for each camping type (RV glamping, cabin, RV camping, tenting) must be observed.
- Vehicle Requirements: Only licensed, insured, and fully operational vehicles and/or trailers are allowed in the park.
- Power Consumption: Do not exceed the power limit of your site. Excessive usage may result in additional charges for any damage caused.

Check-In/Check-Out:
- Cabins, RV camping, and tenting: Check-in at 1 PM; check-out by 11 AM.
- RV Glamping: Check-in at 4 PM; check-out by 10 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-arranged with the office

Gate Hours:
- Registration closes at 9 PM.
- The park gates are locked at 10 PM and reopen at 7 AM. Visitors should leave the park by 9 PM. Guests arriving after 10 PM must park in the visitor’s lot and walk back to their site.

Vehicle Restrictions:
- No vehicle movement is allowed after 10 PM.
- Vehicles must display a valid camping permit.
- Only one car per campsite; additional cars may park in the visitor lot outside the park gate.
- The speed limit is 5 km/h. Please drive carefully.
- Vehicles are permitted to drive only on park roads.

Quiet Enjoyment:
- Respect your neighbors by avoiding loud music or noise that extends beyond your site at any time.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM, with no noise allowed between 11 PM and 7 AM.

Fires and Fire Pits:
- Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits. Firewood is available for purchase.
- Do not move fire pits or cut any trees or bushes. Violators may be asked to leave immediately.
- Fires must be extinguished by 11 PM.
- Observe fire bans; only CSA-approved propane firepits are permitted during fire bans, which are available for rent.

Garbage:
- Do not put garbage in fire rings.
- Dump garbage only in the designated station outside the park gate.
- Propane fire rings provided by the park or rented are not to be used for cooking; violators may incur cleaning and penalty fees.

Pets:
- Maximum of 2 pets per site, including visitors’ pets.
- Pets must be leashed at all times, including on the river trail. No exceptions.
- Clean up after your pets and control their behavior. Pets causing serious disturbance may be asked to leave.
- No pets are allowed in RV glamping units or sites.

River Trail: Foot traffic only on the river trail; no motorcycles, quads, or unauthorized vehicles. Do not park at the trail gate—use your site or the visitor parking lot.

Site Cleanliness:
- Keep your site tidy during your stay and leave it clean at checkout.
- Dispose of garbage only at the station outside the main park gate.

Business Activity: Home-based businesses, including but not limited to Airbnb, are not permitted.

Liability: Campers enjoy the park at their own risk. Mountainaire Campground and RV Park will not be liable for any injury, death, damage, or loss to guests, their parties, visitors, or belongings.

Rule Violations: Serious rule violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund, at the discretion of park management.
We reserve the right to ask your party to vacate from our park immediately without refund if any violation is deemed serious.
