RV CAMPING
- Full Serviced Sites are fully equipped with 30A power, water and sewer hookups.
- Partial Serviced Sites are with 30A power and water hookups, no sewer.
- Nature Sites are sites with lots of green spaces. There is no power, water or sewer hookups. Ideal for RV dry camping or tenting.
- All sites are equipped with a picnic table and a fire ring for your enjoyment.
- *Note: When booking an RV or tenting site, you can view the detailed dimensions listed in each site’s description. This information will help you determine whether the site is suitable for the size of your RV or tents.
RATES AND RESERVATION POLICY
- All reservations need to be pre-paid either through our online booking engine or over the phone by credit card, or e-transfer to payment@mountainairervpark.com with your booking confirmation number. Your reserved spots will be released if we do not receive your payment within 48 hours from booking.
- Please note our rates are changed automatically by system based on demand and booking timeline. The earlier you book, the better pricing would be applied.

- RATES are based on one family occupancy. One family is two adults and up to four children aged less than 14 years. Per head charge for their children aged at 14 or older is $10/night before tax. An additional two grown adults (are or over 18 years old) may stay on the site for a per head charge of $10/night each. You must be 21 years of age to register as the contact person.

- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY for one site is 6 people including maximum 4 grown adults(people who are or older than 18 years old).
- MINIMUM STAY: 2-night minimum (3-night minimum on long weekend).
- We have no group sites but friends are invited to book adjacent sites.
- IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are fully compliant to BC Health Office’s COVID-19 outdoor gathering limitation rules. Please closely monitor and make necessary modification with us to your party’s booking in accordance to the change of rules from BC Health Office.
- SEASONAL/Winter Stays rates (All Rates subject to change)
- Seasonal or winter stays are limited to 8 months per calendar year. Stays will also be charged for electricity monthly based on metered usage or a flat hydro rate.
- Park permit and License to Occupy Agreement must be signed before move-in.
- One month notice needed for ‘no charge’ cancellation.

More than 15 days before check-in: A 5% (after tax) processing fee will be applied; the remaining balance will be credited to your account.

Between 15 and 7 days before check-in: The first night’s fee is non-refundable, and a 5% (after tax) processing fee will be applied to the remaining balance.

RV Glamping & Group Bookings (two or more sites booked under the same reservation number)

How to Cancel
Please email your cancellation request to payment@mountainairervpark.com and include your reservation number. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your card.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- CHECK-IN for RV camping and tenting begins at 1PM.
- CHECK-OUT time is no later than 11AM.
- We offer early check-in or late check out option for a fee of $25 for campsites and $80 for RV Glampings. Please call our office the night before at 250 245 1169 to check availability.
GENERAL PARK RULES
Please visit our specific rules for RV Glamping and cabins in a separate document.
- Occupancy & Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register. Occupancy limits for each camping type (RV Glamping, Cabin, RV Camping, Tenting) must be respected.
- Vehicle Restrictions:
– Only licensed, fully insured, and fully operational vehicles and/or trailers are allowed in the park. Speed limit is 10 km/h, please drive slowly and watch for children.
-No vehicle movement is permitted after 10 PM. Each campsite allows one vehicle only; extra vehicles must park in the visitor lot outside the gate. Vehicles must display a valid camping permit.
-Vehicles are permitted to drive only on park roads. - Registration & Gate Hours: Registration closes at 9 PM. The park gates lock at 10 PM and reopen at 7 AM. Visitors must leave by 9 PM. Visitor parking is available outside the gate. Late arrivals (after 10 PM) must park in the visitor lot and walk to their site.
- Check-In/Check-Out:
– Cabins, RV Camping, and Tenting: Check-in at 1 PM, check-out by 11 AM.
– RV Glamping: Check-in at 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-arranged with the office. - Quiet Enjoyment: Respect your neighbors by avoiding loud music or noise that extends beyond your site at any time. Quiet hours are from 10 PM, with no noise allowed between 11 PM and 7 AM.
- Fires and Fire Pits: Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits. Firewood is available for purchase. Do not move fire pits, cut trees, or burn garbage. Fires must be extinguished by 11 PM. Check fire bans before lighting a fire. During fire bans, only CSA-approved propane firepits are permitted. Propane firepits provided or rented from the park are not for cooking. Violations may result in penalties or eviction.
- Garbage: Do not dispose of camping garbage in fire rings or washroom bins. All garbage must be taken to the designated station outside the park gate. Improper disposal may result in cleaning fees or penalties.
- Power Use: Do not exceed your site’s electrical limit. Overuse may result in charges for damages.
- Pets: Maximum 2 pets per site, including visitor pets. Pets must be always leashed, including on the river trail. No exceptions. Clean up after your pets and manage their behavior. Pets are not allowed in RV Glamping units and cabins.
- River Trail: The trail is for foot traffic only. Motorcycles, ATVs, and unauthorized vehicles are prohibited. Do not park at the trail gate—use your site or the visitor parking lot.
- Site Cleanliness: Keep your site tidy during your stay and leave it clean at checkout. Dispose of garbage only at the station outside the main park gate.
- Business Activity: Commercial or home-based business activity, including but not limited to Airbnb, is strictly prohibited.
- Liability: Campers use the park at their own risk. Mountainaire Campground and RV Park shall not be liable for any injury, death, damage, or loss to guests, their parties, invitees, visitors, or any other persons accessing the park with the guest’s permission or knowledge, or for any loss or damage to their belongings.
- Rule Violations: Any guest, party, invitee, or visitor who breaches Park Rules or disturbs the peace or safety of others may be evicted immediately, without refund, at the sole discretion of park management. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
We reserve the right to ask your party to vacate from our park immediately without refund if any violation is deemed serious.
